SBI 4500 PO - Written Exam Results Released
State Bank of India has announced the results for the recruitment of 4500 Probationary Officers. The written test was conducted on 18.04.2010 & these selected candidates will now proceed to Interview phase.
Written Exam – State Bank of India announced recruitment for 2000 Probationary Officers & 2500 Probationary Officers (Rural banking) in the month of January 2010. Although the written tests were scheduled to be held on April 11, it was postponed to April 18, 2010.
SBI Results: Candidates have to enter their Roll number & Date of Birth to view the status of their results. The interview schedule (date, time & place) will be displayed to those short listed candidates along with their results. Check results at the bank website here.

Bank of India 2467 Clerks Exam - New Test Date
The Bank of India clerk recruitment seems to have attracted high number of applications, as the bank has decided to conduct the written test on October 3 also, for specific centers. Bank of India is conducting this recruitment drive to fill 2467 clerical posts, all over India.
Bank of India came up with the recruitment for 2467 clerks (state-wise) during the month of July & the written test is scheduled to take place on September 26, 2010. Now, the bank has announced that the test will also be held on October 3, 2010 at Delhi, Bhopal & Patna centers – due to high number of applications received.
As per vacancy list, Delhi – 193 posts Bihar – 184 posts & Madhya Pradesh – 329 posts have been allotted. So in order to accommodate all candidates who have applied in large numbers for these states, BoI has introduced another day for those writing in the above 3 test centers. Remember, the written test is NOT postponed & will be conducted on Sep 26, 2010.
Call letters: Eligible candidates will be sent call letters for written test through Post & Email by/ before September 20, 2010.The call letter will provide information on exam date & address of the test centre. (The official notice can be seen at the bank website here)
