Instructions for the Candidates
Documents required at the time of Counseling:
(i) Two identical recent Passport Size Color Photographs.
(ii) Requisite Fee to be remitted prescribed in the Information Bulletin.
(iii) Admit Card of CEE –2010 (Original and photocopy).
(iv) Proof of Date of Birth (Secondary School Certificate) (Original and one attested Photocopy).
(v) Certificate and Mark Sheet of the qualifying examination issued by the Board/University. In cases, where the University has prescribed a condition of passing a subject or subjects at some level, the Certificate/Mark Sheet of the concerned examination in proof thereof, should also be produced (Original and One attested Photocopy). In case the original certificate is not awarded at the level of the School, Provisional Certificate may be accepted.
(vi) Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes / Other Backward Classes / Kashmiri Migrants / Physically Handicapped as defined under the Person with Disabilities Act, 1995/ Wards of Ex-serviceman/Service Personnel/ Para Military Service-Personnel/ N.C.C. Cadets (holding minimum ‘A’ level certificate)/ Staff Wards of non-transferable staff of all institutions functioning under this Department/ inmates of Social Welfare licensed institutes including Bal Sahyog/ Wards of Delhi Police and Govt. of NCT of Delhi employees, whichever applicable, on the basis of which reservation is claimed (Original and one attested Photocopy).

Note: - If a candidate fails to produce any original document in support of the details filled up in the application form, his/her candidature will be treated as cancelled/rejected and no further correspondence shall be entertained thereafter for whatsoever may be the reasons.

Documents to be Submitted at the Institute After the Allotment of Seat : -
(i) Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution from where the qualifying examination has been passed/or from a gazetted officer. (Original and one attested Photocopy).
(ii) Certificate of Medical Fitness to be signed by a Registered Medical Practitioner in the format as given in Annexure – 1 (Original or photocopy) of the Information Bulletin
(iii) Undertaking as given in Annexure – III (Original or photocopy) of the Information Bulletin.
Note: If the candidate takes admission in any of the programmes, the Institute will retain the original documents after his/her admission. The document may also be released, at the discretion of the Principal, only to those trainees seeking admission to any other programme/course.
