Bank of Baroda 1200 PO Recruitment - Exam Result

Bank of Baroda (BOB) has published the results for its recruitment of 1200 Probationary Officers. The online applications were invited during the months of Mar - Apr 2010 & eligible candidates attended the written exam in the month of May 2010.

 

As part of this PO recruitment -Bank of Baroda conducted the written test on May 30, 2010 for filling 1200 vacancies. Now the list of candidates, found provisionally eligible for interview has been released. More than 5000 candidates seem to have been short listed through the test.

Appointment of Ombudsman under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme

Applications  are  invited  for  appointment  of Ombudsman  for  redressal  of  grievances  in the  matter  of  implementation  of MGNREGS  in  21  (twenty  one)  districts  of  Haryana State.


Eligibility Criteria: The selection of Ombudsman shall be made from among persons of

eminent  standing  and  impeccable  integrity with  at  least  20  years  of  experience  in public administration, law, academics, social work or management. No person who is a member of a political party shall be considered for appointment as Ombudsman.


Tenure: The Ombudsman shall be appointed for tenure of 1 year extendable by one year

based  on  performance  appraisal  or  till  the  incumbent  attains  the  age  of  65  year,

Whichever is earlier.


Age: Below 65 years.

 

Location: District Head Quarter

 

Remuneration: Rs. 500/- per sitting.

 

A  panel  of  eligible  persons  for  appointment  as  Ombudsman  will  be  prepared  for

Consideration of the selection committee.
